Dress Code for all outdoor Santa Claus parades (updated Nov 7, 2008)

  • Full dress uniform including shakos and plumes

  • In the event of rain or snow, remove the plume and store it in the van which will be following the Corps

  • Warm Black gloves

  • Heavy duty black shoes, cleaned and polished

  • NO external Corps Jackets are to be worn by marching Members

Instructions for the Etobicoke Parade on Saturday December 6, 2008
  • Meeting Location: "No Frills" Parking Lot, northeast corner of Lakeshore Blvd. and Brown's Line.
  • The Bus will leave at 9:30 AM and transport the Corps east to Islington, north to Birmingham, then east to Second St. where everyone can go inside the Second St. School.
  • The Parade will line up on Dwight Ave. and back along Birmingham. The start time is 10:00 AM. The Parade will proceed west along Lakeshore and ends at the Castrol Oil Parking Lot at 37th St. The "No Frills" Parking Lot is a further 2-3 bocks west of the end of the Parade. 
  • Please join us as a few members plan to meet at Timothy’s Pub, 344 Brown’s Line following the parade for lunch and a beverage.
